John Vincent Coulter was born in 1961 to the couple Nell Husbands Martin who was the wife of an agent with the F.B.I. Her family is Irish and German. She was a United States Court of Appeals law clerk in Kansas following her graduation from the law. A few years later she opted to quit the government job for a job in New York City. As part of her new job, she worked as a specialist on corporate law. In 1998, she made her first appearance on the television. It was known because of her numerous shows on T.V. to discuss Bill Clinton's scandal and impeachment. It was in the wake of the scandal when she wrote her first novel, High Crimes and Misdemeanors, The Case for Bill Clinton. In 1998 she was also convicted of plagiarism. The books she wrote are over 3 million in number. The author has not been married and had no children despite being married several times.
